Management Summary
Royal Gardens of Pambal will implement sustainable agriculture and poultry farming to integrate young girls who have dropped out of school due to early pregnancies, and to support widows and abandoned wives with their children.
Our overall vision is to help women in difficult situations, to motivate and support young people so that they can escape poverty and achieve independence.
These women and young people learn standard agricultural practices, sales, and marketing, and are trained to maintain the project’s viability and ensure its profitability.
The project aims to serve as an inspiring model for future generations. We rely on volunteers from help alliance and LHG to train and teach our students how to create business plans and sell products effectively. The vision pursues the following goals:
- Provide abandoned wives and widows with a sustainable income in their households
- Support school dropouts with no prospects and enable them to take control of their lives
- Contribute to the reduction of poverty among the youth of Pambal
- Create jobs and training opportunities in sustainable agriculture and poultry farming
- Pass on knowledge and know-how to the next generation for the sustainable development of Pambal
We were on the property with the Real estate agents’ team and the entrepreneur. The property is 6 hectares in size: Louis, Anna and Anna
This area is specifically designated for agricultural activities and construction, and is safeguarded by the authorities
It is now time to conclude the land acquisition agreement and initiate the payment process.
The agreements have been finalized and the contracts have been signed. We need to sign two acquisition contracts since the properties are owned by two separate families. Nonetheless, all parties involved, including the Chances Africa organization, the Real estate agents, & the entrepreneur, were very pleased with the outcome..
